• Contact form submissions — name, email, optional company, your message. Routed to our inbox; not shared with third parties.
• Booking submissions via Microsoft Bookings — name, email, the time you select, and any notes you add. Stored in our Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Analytics — anonymized page-view metadata via Google Analytics 4. We do not use cross-site tracking, advertising cookies, or user identifiers.

What we do with it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, run a booked call, or improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (Microsoft 365 for email and bookings, Google Analytics for traffic stats, our hosting provider for serving pages).
