Who operates this site

PLEESH operates this website. PLEESH is a global company with a presence in Dallas, Texas and provides AI infrastructure and reliability consulting services.

For privacy questions or requests, email contact@pleesh.com.

Information we receive

Information you send by email

The website does not use a contact form or scheduling system. If you contact PLEESH by email, we receive the sender and recipient email metadata, your message, and any information you choose to include. This may include your name, work email, company and role, company URL, agent platform, production status, environment and integration counts, preferred access method, and a description of the concern.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, production logs, regulated data, or other confidential evidence in an initial inquiry. Access and evidence arrangements are agreed separately after fit and scope are confirmed.

Routine website and security data

This website runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The web server processes routine access, error, and security logs when a browser requests the site. These records may include an Internet Protocol (IP) address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page, browser or user-agent information, response status, and diagnostic or security events.

Cookies and similar technologies

PLEESH does not intentionally use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, chat widgets, marketing cookies, advertising cookies, or a scheduling embed at launch. WordPress administrator and login cookies are used for authorized site administration; ordinary public visitors do not receive those administrator cookies simply by reading the site.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
  • Assess whether an audit is a fit and determine its scope, price, and availability
  • Arrange and provide services you request
  • Operate, diagnose, secure, and protect the website
  • Prevent abuse and investigate technical or security events
  • Maintain appropriate business, contract, invoice, and transaction records
  • Meet applicable tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations

How information is shared

PLEESH does not sell or rent personal information. AWS processes website traffic and server-log data as the hosting infrastructure. Email sent to contact@pleesh.com is routed through Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online Protection. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers when reasonably necessary, or to authorities when required by applicable law.

These service providers operate under their own terms and may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. PLEESH does not add a scheduling, form, analytics, advertising, or chat provider to the launch website.

Retention

Inquiries that do not become engagements: We retain ordinary inquiry correspondence for up to 12 months after the last interaction, then delete or anonymize it unless it remains necessary for security, dispute, or legal reasons.

Client and business records: We retain client, contract, invoice, and transaction records only as long as needed to provide services and meet applicable tax, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations.

Server and security logs: The web server is configured to rotate its access and error logs daily and retain up to 14 rotated log files in addition to the current log. Empty or inactive logs may rotate differently, and a record may be preserved longer when reasonably necessary for a security investigation or legal obligation.

Your requests

You may email contact@pleesh.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you. PLEESH may need to verify your identity and may retain records that are required for security, contract, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons. Rights and response requirements vary by jurisdiction.

Security

PLEESH uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International processing

PLEESH serves companies globally and uses AWS and Microsoft services. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you are located, including in the United States and other locations where those providers operate.

Business-to-business service

This website and the audit are intended for companies and professional users. PLEESH does not knowingly use the website to solicit personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

PLEESH may update this policy when the website, service providers, or information practices change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
